The police detained 11 janitors who had a fight yesterday on Mashkov Street in the center of Moscow. All of them turned out to be visitors from Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan. This was reported to TASS by a law enforcement source.

“After yesterday’s brawl among communal services workers, 11 people were detained: 7 natives of Kyrgyzstan and 4 natives of Uzbekistan. During the scuffle itself, three people were injured. They drew up reports on the detainees for petty hooliganism. A pre-investigation check has begun, ”the agency’s interlocutor said.

The agency writes that janitors from Kyrgyzstan were removing snow in the courtyard of the house, and the natives of Uzbekistan at that time were clearing snow from the roof of the house. The second team threw snow from the roof, and it fell on the cleared part of the yard. After that, a fight ensued. The prosecutor’s office has started checking.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in recent months, the number of fights in Moscow has increased, including with the participation of visitors from neighboring countries. Most of them, he said, behave in a law-abiding manner, but, “unfortunately, not all.” “Will not work. We are not happy with such guests, ”Mr. Sobyanin wrote at the time. In November, the mayor called for a reduction in the number of labor migrants at construction sites.
