The order (.pdf) on the direction of the tranche was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin. It is noted that the money is allocated not for the first time: 1.8 billion rubles. were already sent for this purpose in December last year.

The Lomonosov supercomputer manufactured by T-Platforms was installed at Moscow State University in 2009.
