Moscow authorities signed a contract to develop an application for monitoring crime
The “Summary” application will be available to officials and security forces. With the help of the program, they will be able to monitor incidents online, and all incidents will be displayed on an interactive map

LLC “Kama Technologies” will develop for GKU “Information City” (part of the Department of Information Technologies of Moscow) a mobile application “Summary” for monitoring the criminogenic situation in the capital, according to the data of the public procurement portal. Kommersant drew attention to this.
The institution signed a contract with the company for the completion of the “Information and analytical system for monitoring the criminogenic situation and public security” in the amount of more than 158 million rubles. The work under the contract must be completed within 190 days from the date of conclusion
According to the terms of reference, the Summary application is designed to automate the provision of an interface for the department for online monitoring of the situation in Moscow and statistical reports on the level of public safety. The program will be used by executive authorities.
A map of Moscow will be available in the application, which will display incidents. 2GIS and Yandex.Maps data will be used as a “cartographic geo-base”. In the “Summary” it will be possible to track the chronology of the incident and find out information about it.
