The future is on the horizon. Today (Monday) a crucial meeting is expected between the trustee, Adv. Yitzhak Junger and Adv. Roi Rosen, who was hired by Barak Abramov for the transfer of ownership of Bnei Yehuda and the acquisition of Betar Jerusalem.
Abramov intends to offer Bnei Yehuda free, without debts, while relying on the one and a half million NIS that Bnei Yehuda owes from the principal in favor of closing past debts. Also, there are funds from sponsors that have not yet been distributed by the principal.
For Abramov, the key to making the deal is help from the Jerusalem municipality. The expectation is that this will transfer the annual cash flow divided into liquid money and current operations for the next four years.
Beyond the financial side, the main obstacle remains Betar fans, most of whom are against the transfer deal due to fears of Abramov’s connection with Celebrate.
Abramov told Younger that if he manages to acquire Betar, he will succeed in making a good team. In general, this is a decisive day for the fate of Bnei Yehuda and Betar.
