Moshe Peretz wanted to move to a new house in the same moshav where he lives, Neve Doron, near Beer Yaakov, and for that he located an estate. The estate belongs to four brothers – brothers and two sisters – who inherited it from their deceased parents, and although it was already agreed between them that one of the four would purchase their share from the rest, Moshe Peretz came and offered the brothers a higher amount, through a lawyer representing one of the sisters.

According to the publication in Maariv, Peretz’s move led to a dispute between the brothers and a legal battle in which a brother and sister who are interested in selling the land to him, in front of a brother and sister who want the brother to buy their share from everyone as initially agreed. When Moshe Peretz saw that his offer had led to a conflict, he asked that another plot of land be found for him to purchase in the moshav.

When no alternative estate was found for him, Peretz filed a lawsuit to enforce the agreement and a temporary restraining order to prevent the sale of the estate to a brother who wants to purchase it. The order did arrive, and on the other hand, the two brothers did not give up and filed an objection to the order through Adv. Amitai Aviad.

Advocate Aviad, representing the two brothers who oppose the deal with Peretz, responded: In this case, it is a situation where a third party, a wealthy celebrity, arrives, who jumps the market price agreed between the heirs while creating a dispute between the heirs. Despite the special circumstances, and unfortunately, all attempts to mediate The brothers and as the deceased parents wanted – did not succeed. I am convinced that the court will not grant the above claim and will revoke the order given. “

Zavik Dror Communications Strategy stated on Peretz’s behalf: “Jordan and Moshe Peretz have signed a deal to purchase a farm for themselves and their four children in Moshav Neve Doron, where they have lived for ten years. After concluding the deal with the four brothers who own the property and signing the contract, two of the brothers withdrew due to greed for money in an attempt to raise the payment from the famous buyers. Therefore, Jordan and Moshe decided to legally exercise their right to purchase the economy through the honorable court. ”
