Authorities of Puebla They arrested and prosecuted a madre who left his alone two year old son of age to go to a club to party; the minor fell from a balcony and was injured.
The Attorney General’s Office of the State of Puebla(FGE) reported on the arrest and prosecution of Mariana “N” for the alleged crimes of domestic violence and aggravated intentional injuries against his son, a two-year-old boy.

According to the investigations of the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office for the Investigation of Gender-Based Violence Crimes against Womensupposedly Mariana “N” left her son alone to go with a friend to a club in Puebla.
The minor was left alone in the house for at least four hours, so he went onto the balcony and without anyone’s supervision, the child fell from a considerable height.
The above happened last July 7, approximately 11:41 p.m.in an apartment located on the streets of the La Paz colonyfrom the capital of the state of Puebla.
Neighbors in the area saw the fallen child and asked for help from paramedics and emergency services who transferred the child to the Children’s Hospital of Puebla (HNP).
Doctors reported to the state prosecutor’s office that a 2-year-old child was admitted and had injuries from a fall from a great height. Based on the report, the FGE began an investigation file to clarify the events.
The prosecution added that the father had not lived at home since last March, so the mother was the only one responsible for caring for the baby.
