After this, her mother always encouraged her to study. After a lot of struggle, now she is able to fulfill her mother’s dream.

I have no complaints with God for being transgender

After receiving the appointment letter from CM Hemant Soren, Amir Mahato said that she is not ashamed of being a transgender and neither does she have any complaint against God for this. She appealed to the people of her community that everyone should try to move forward by studying. She had to struggle a lot since childhood, but despite this she achieved this success. Now she wants to help the society.

A large number of appointments were made in various departments in 4 years

On this occasion, Chief Minister Hemant Soren said that the government has made a large number of appointments in various departments in the last 4 years to run the system in a strong and systematic manner. This series of appointments is continuing. Today the state government is posting 365 Community Health Officers (CHOs) in various community health centers of the state. All the newly appointed Community Health Officers will work as an integral part of the state government from today. All the newly appointed CHOs are becoming such a link of the state government, where they will have big responsibilities of the health sector on their shoulders. The CM handed over the appointment letters of 365 community health officers in the auditorium of Project Bhawan on Thursday.

Despite all the challenges, thousands of appointments were made

Hemant Soren said that today about 365 Community Health Officers are being appointed. Before this, we have appointed veterinary doctors, medical officers. Lab assistants have also been appointed. For the first time, scientists have been appointed for forensic lab. Ayush doctors, dentists and A-grade nurses have also been appointed. The Chief Minister said that even in challenging times, his government has appointed agriculture officers, officers in horticulture, panchayat secretaries, clerks, accountants, teachers, junior engineers, assistant engineers. He said that thousands of appointments have been made and many appointments are in process.

The role of the newly appointed CHO is important in the health system

While addressing the CHOs, CM Hemant Soren said that everyone knows the geographical structure of Jharkhand state, its social system and the mentality of the people here. You just have to understand how health services can be easily delivered to the people. Surrounded by forests, mountains, rivers and streams, there are such villages in this beautiful state, where people have not seen the city till date and neither do they have much to do with the government system. Even today, many people are engaged in getting health treatment in a traditional way on the basis of incomplete knowledge of exorcism and herbs. Due to this, sometimes such incidents are heard, which is a matter of concern. Therefore, all of you have to connect with faith towards the health of the people of the state. The Chief Minister said that all the newly appointed CHOs are also in the dual role of doctor and nurse. Overall, it can be said that all of you will be in the role of all-rounder player of the health department.

Even after the technological era, better manpower and management is necessary

The Chief Minister said that unless there is manpower, better work cannot be done. Today is the age of technology. Now gradually robotic systems are making their place in everything. Industries have been completely mechanized. The utility of machines has increased in the field of health as well, but even then people go to different states for good doctors and good health facilities. On the other hand, due to the presence of good doctors in Jharkhand, patients from other states also come here. Your role should also be such that people are drawn towards you.

A better action plan is being made to strengthen the health system

The Chief Minister said that he is constantly making efforts for the health department. The way the state government has made an action plan for the health sector, very soon we will provide a strong health system in this state, so that no one from here needs to go to other states for treatment. The Chief Minister said that doctors and health workers will remain healthy only when the health department itself remains healthy. For this, a provision of Rs 5 crore has been made in the annual budget, so that the cleanliness and maintenance of health centers can be done in a better way.

On this occasion, Health Minister Banna Gupta, Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister Avinash Kumar, Departmental Principal Secretary Ajay Kumar Singh along with other senior officials and newly appointed CHO were present.
