jpnn.com – JAKARTA – FIM, IRTA and Dorna Sports have announced the cancellation of this year’s Kazakhstan MotoGP.

“Operational and logistical issues arising from previous flooding across the region (Kazakhstan) make it impossible to hold the event in 2024,” read an official statement on the MotoGP website.

The Kazakhstan MotoGP was originally scheduled to be the 14th round; after the San Marino MotoGP and before the 15th round, the Indonesian MotoGP.

Instead, the Misano Marco Simoncelli Circuit, which hosted the 13th series, will host the Emilia Romagna MotoGP.
