jpnn.com – SILVERSTONE – The 2024 MotoGP mid-season break is over and the 10th series, namely the British MotoGP at the Silverstone Circuit, is here this weekend.
As usual, the series of races in the main class will begin with free practice 1, which will be held on Friday (2/8) afternoon WIB.
In FP1, the riders and their crews tested the bikes and the track. The time records do not count towards the official qualification classification.
The time recorded was during practice on Friday night.
The ten best riders in practice are entitled to direct access to qualifying 2 (Q2).
Meanwhile, outside the Top 10, they have to struggle in qualification 1 (Q1).
The top two riders in Q1 will qualify for Q2. Q2 contestants will automatically secure a starting position of at least 12th during the sprint and race.
