Motorola Unveils Cutting-Edge Flip Smartphone ‘motorola razr 50’ with Advanced Features and Stylish Design

Motorola Mobility Japan announced the foldable smartphone “motorola razr 50” on September 17, 2024. Sales are scheduled to begin on the 27th of the same month, with a price of 135,800 yen (including tax).

The device features a 3.6-inch external display, allowing for QR code payments and operation of various apps even when folded. The main display is a 6.9-inch OLED with a refresh rate of 120Hz.

It is possible to take photos and videos even when the device is bent or folded. The dual-camera system includes a 50-megapixel main camera and a 13-megapixel wide-angle macro camera. Additionally, the front camera is 32 megapixels. With the introduction of the company’s “moto ai” camera feature, stable shooting is possible while in motion, reducing shake.

The waterproof performance is rated at IPX8, meaning it can withstand being submerged in quiet freshwater up to 1.5 meters deep for up to 30 minutes. It is also compatible with NFC and Felica. The battery capacity is 4200mAh and supports 30W TurboPower for fast charging.

The device comes with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. The exterior is finished with vegan leather. It also features the company’s unique hinge structure and uses “Corning Gorilla Glass Victus” for the display.

The body color options include Koala Gray, Spritz Orange, and Sand Cream.
