HiNS Madhavan tweeted that it is sad that he is going without any rights over the name of his famous story called Guita. The storyteller has tweeted after the release of the title poster of Suraj Venjarammudu’s film Higuita.
Malayalam cinema has always loved and respected writers. A film is coming out, overriding my right to the title of my story, which many generations have learned at their school level. No writer in any language is as forgiving as I am. All I can say as a writer is this is sad’ – NS Madhavan tweeted.
In his tweet, NS Madhavan has used the first look poster of the movie Higita, written, scripted and directed by Hemant G. Nair. The poster features Suraj Venjarammudu in the role of a politician, with flags and rows of characters showing the nature of the film.
