It’s just 9 a.m. this Friday. The vehicle, imposing and a bit rowdy, has just moved to the micro-square of the town hall of Parigny, a small village in the Loire, not far from Roanne. There are not 600 inhabitants there. But now a parliamentary office, at least for the next hour. New deputy Les Républicains, Antoine Vermorel-Marques, 29, now crisscrosses his constituency aboard a motorhome, when he is not in Paris.
