Speaking at the graduation ceremony of the third and fourth promotions of the basic training cycle of the National School of Administration (ENSA), Mr. Akhannouch also emphasized the importance of evaluation policies for the constant improvement of public services and the training of qualified executives in this area.

“The Moroccan administration needs young, competent executives to support change. This is an ongoing reform that is based first and foremost on human resources,” he said, congratulating the new winners who will contribute their stone to the building in the context of the changes that Morocco is experiencing.

The third promotion of the ENSA fundamental training cycle for the year 2022 has 48 graduates, while the fourth has 47 graduates (2023).

For her part, the general director of ENSA, Nada Biaz, noted that this ceremony crowns an intense training course, combining knowledge and practical training within the country and abroad.

She explained, in a statement to MAP, that the fundamental training cycle of ENSA contributes to the emergence of graduates capable of supporting the reform of public administration.

This ceremony, which took place in the presence of the Minister Delegate for Relations with Parliament, Government Spokesperson, Mustapha Baitas, the Minister of Equipment and Water, Nizar Baraka and the Secretary General of the Government, Mohamed Hajoui, was marked by the screening of a video retracing the history of ENSA, which is celebrating its 75th anniversary.
