Mr. Habib El Malki Represents His Majesty the King at Rwandan President Investiture Ceremony
Kigali – The President of the Higher Council for Education, Training and Scientific Research, Mr. Habib El Malki, represented His Majesty King Mohammed VI in Kigali on Sunday at the inauguration ceremony of Rwandan President, Paul Kagame.
Mr. Kagame was re-elected for a fourth term following the presidential election held in July, which he won in the first round with more than 98% of the vote. The inauguration ceremony was graced by the presence of several heads of state and government, members of the diplomatic corps accredited to Rwanda, as well as other prominent figures. Mr. El Malki was accompanied by the ambassador of His Majesty the King to Rwanda, Youssef Imani. His Majesty King Mohammed VI sent a message of congratulations to His Excellency Mr. Paul Kagame on the occasion of his re-election as President of the Republic of Rwanda.
