Mr. Talbi El Alami receives the First President of the Court of Auditors of France
Rabat – The President of the House of Representatives, Rachid Talbi El Alami, received, Wednesday in Rabat, the First President of the Court of Auditors of France, Pierre Moscovici, currently on a working visit to Morocco.
During this meeting, Mr. Talbi El Alami gave an overview of the institutional reforms carried out by the Kingdom, as well as the development projects carried out under the enlightened leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, reviewing the Moroccan parliamentary experience in in the light of the 2011 Constitution, indicates a press release from the Chamber.
In this regard, the President of the House of Representatives highlighted the prerogatives conferred on Parliament, particularly in terms of evaluating public policies, and its relations with other constitutional institutions and the principle of separation of powers, specifies the press release, adding that this meeting was an opportunity to exchange points of view on a number of issues of common interest.
Mr. Moscovici’s working visit is part of his participation in the meeting of members of the Forum of Supreme Audit Institutions with jurisdictional functions, organized Tuesday in Casablanca by the Court of Auditors, according to the same source.
