After almost a month’s break, the Württemberg League handball players from MTG Wangen are back in action. The Allgäu women still have five games left in the season, the next test will take place on Saturday at 6 p.m. at home in the Argenhalle against the dominant league leaders Sport-Union Neckarsulm II.
Relegation is not yet certain
The opponent has won all of their 19 matches so far and can no longer be pushed out of first place. So the Wangen women go into the game as clear outsiders. The MTG slipped to ninth place after four defeats in a row. Relegation has not yet been secured.
