MTS has released the GoGym application, which allows you to visit fitness clubs and gyms, paying for their services at retail, that is, not buying a season ticket, a company representative told Vedomosti. A minute of training without a coach costs from 3 rubles, a group lesson – from 400 rubles, follows from the description of the service. This is the first fitness payment application included in large Russian ecosystems, MTS emphasizes. Sberbank, Mail.ru Group and Yandex really do not have such a service, Vedomosti was checked.
According to one of the project managers, David Dodevsky, now MTS mainly works with fitness clubs in Moscow and the Moscow region, but plans to expand into the regions: “Already, the company is cooperating with the Alex Fitness chain in St. Petersburg, Rostov-on-Don, Perm, Voronezh – only in 20 cities. ” According to Dodevski, the service is monetized by dividing the income from servicing customers who came through the application – on average, MTS receives about 27% of the payment for fitness services.
