Muddy Malayalam Movie Review & Rating

Muddy Movie Review & Rating: The newcomer Dr. ‘Muddy’ directed by Pragbal has hit the theaters. The main characters are all newcomers to the ‘Maddy’ film set in an adventure action thriller Zoner. However, for many motorists, the excitement of ‘Muddy’ racing, which comes with the thrill of gorgeous 4 × 4 racing, does not present much to the audience.

The story of ‘Muddy’ starts from a mud race held at an engineering college in the city. In a thrilling fight, Karthi defeats her opponent Razor Tony.

Karthi was born in a hilly region of Kerala. There Karthik has a hoop called ‘Muthu’. Muthu’s job is to load large logs from the dump and transport them to another place in a jeep. Muthu and Karthi are not happy about some family quarrels. That’s when a mud racing tournament comes to Karthi’s home. Tony arrives to take part in it and to avenge the ‘atrocity’ that Karthi did to him after winning the race in college. With this, Muthu and Karthi come together and the film tells the story of the race that takes place later and the events that take place in between.

The first part of Maddy shows the life background of Muthu and Karthi and the dispute between them. But when it comes to the second part, Muthu and Karthi come together and this is where the film gets into the excitement of racing.

Muddy Movie Review & Rating: While praising the director for his courage in making such a film with newcomers in the lead roles, the director Dr. Needless to say, Pragbal has failed. ‘Maddy’ will disappoint those who come to the theater with high hopes after watching the trailer of the film. Pragbal has not been able to bring the freshness expected from a new director into a film. There are many scenes in the film that do not suit the logic of the audience.

The script written by Mahesh Chandran and Srinath Nair is also weak. Most of the dialogues are full of drama. Even the most serious dialogues of the character Tony, who speaks half Malayalam, can sometimes feel like comedy to the audience.

Yuvan Krishna, Riddan Krishna, Anusha Suresh and Amit Sivadas Nair are the main actors in Maddi. Ridhan Krishna plays the role of Karthi while Yuvan plays the role of Krishna Muthu. Although both have tried to make their characters better, it remains to be seen how well the audience will accept them. Both have not been able to excel in emotional scenes. Perhaps this problem could have been solved if they had relied on dubbing artists to give them voice. The film also stars Anusha Suresh, Harish Peradi, IM Vijayan, Ranji Panicker, Sunil Sugatha, Sobha Mohan, Manoj Guinness, Bineesh Bastin, Molly Kannamali and Abu Valayamkulam.

Ranji Panicker is the one who gives a remarkable performance and gets applause in the film. The character of Noah was safe in the hands of Ranji Panicker. Ranji Panicker has been able to make Noah better, which is very harsh and even feared by the forest range officers.

Apart from Malayalam, KG Ratheesh is the cinematographer of ‘Maddy’ which is available in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi and English. Ratheesh has managed to make the mud racing scenes more exciting. Ratheesh’s frames give the same experience of watching a racing match live.

The film is being edited by San Lokesh, who won the hearts of the audience with his film ‘Rakshasan’. The music of Ravi Basroor, the music director of ‘KGF’, also makes mud racing more enjoyable. But the background music in many emotional scenes seems unnecessary. The movie is produced by Prema Krishnadas under the banner of PK7.

‘Muddy’ is a film that offers the excitement of mud racing but has many flaws, both technically and non-technically. The film manages to entertain as well as inform for 4×4 motorists and mud racing fans. But beyond that, ‘Muddy’ does not offer anything to remember.
