The penultimate event is Friday 20 September for the “Muggia in musica musical itineraries in historical places” festival which has four concerts scheduled in the churches of the area until 27 September.
Also this year the interesting and attended chamber music festival in the historical places outside the city of Muggia will see as protagonists young musicians and graduates from our region and nearby territories who, presenting different voices and instruments for each scheduled event, in the intentions of the organizers will surely win over the public.
The Ottoni Scintillanti del Friuli Venezia Giulia, in the form of a chamber group, will perform to the public in the church of San Francesco in Muggia on Friday 20 September at 7:00 pm with a programme that promises to be introspective and brilliant and that will showcase the technical capabilities and changing sounds of that family of instruments.
The last event of the series is scheduled for Friday 27 September at the church of San Rocco starting at 8:30 pm with the performance of an established and now historic ensemble: the Complesso d’Archi del Friuli e del Veneto, a group that includes violins, viola, cello and harpsichord and which on this occasion will host Andrea Sfetez on the natural horn with a program that includes titles by Pachelbel, Bach, Vivaldi, Mozart and Boccherini.
The concerts, organized by the Association Muggesana Serenade Ensemble chaired by Roberta Vlahov with the support of the Municipality of Muggia, the Parishes SS. Giovanni e Paolo of Muggia and San Matteo of Zindis, use the brand “Io Sono Friuli Venezia Giulia”. Admission is free.
The “Serenade Ensemble” was born from the meeting of different instruments and musicians, who, in love with music, decided to sit next to each other to play together and to introduce children and adults to the magical world of music.
