On May 16, 2022, the company announced a final dividend of Rs. 1 / – with a face value of Rs. 10 / – per share. Further, for the financial year ending March 31, 2022, it is subject to shareholder approval at the next 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM). For dividend purposes, the company has recently set a registration date of 2 July 2022.

Further, the company has fixed Saturday, July 02, 2022 as the cut-off as per the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Management) Rules, 2014 (Amended). The company said in a filing to the Sensex that the date of determination of the eligibility of the members of the company to vote electronically on the resolutions mentioned in the AGM Notification is in accordance with the procedure and other details mentioned in the AGM Notice.

Shares of Suryamba Spinning Mills have given shareholders 102.68 per cent multiplier returns in the last three years and 226.6 per cent multiplier returns in the last three years. From year to year (YTD), it has fallen 0.60 percent so far in 2022. But it has increased by 3.47 per cent in the previous six months. The stock has fallen 10.34 percent in the past month and 5.45 percent in the last five trading days. It closed at Rs 189.10 last Friday, down 3.08 per cent from the previous close of Rs 195.10. Based on the last traded price, Suryamba Spinning shares are trading weaker than the 5-day, 20-day, 50-day, 100-day and 200-day moving averages.
