According to the report of sacnilk, this film ‘Sarfira’ which opened with only 2.5 crores on the first day, was able to earn only 1.25 crores on the seventh day i.e. Thursday. Overall, the film has earned 18.80 crores. Whereas the worldwide film has reached close to 27 crores.
Story of the film ‘Hindustani 2’
Apart from this, Kamal Haasan’s film ‘Hindustani 2’ (Indian 2) was released without any fanfare and it created a storm at the box office on the first day. The story of ‘Hindustani 2’ is about a new age youth Chitra Aravindan (Siddharth) who along with his friends starts exposing the secrets of corrupt politicians and officers through videos on the internet but the situation reaches the point of surrendering. And then he remembers Hindustani and starts a campaign for its return. Senapati (Kamal Haasan) who has been living in Taipei (Taiwan) for a long time finally comes to India to take this war forward. People have liked the story of the film.
‘Hindustani 2’ earned 2 crores on the seventh day
This film earned around 2 crores on Thursday and now it has earned a total of 70.45 crores across the country. Whereas worldwide this film has earned around 124 crores.
‘Munjya’ earnings crossed the 100 crore mark
Amidst all this, ‘Munjya’, which was released on 7th June, has quietly earned 100 crores at the box office. Directed by Aditya Sarpotdar, ‘Munjya’ starring Abhay Verma, Sharvari Wagh, Mona Singh performed brilliantly at the box office. This film has earned 101.42 crores in 42 days. Whereas worldwide this film has earned 124.72 crores.
