It is probably one of the most bizarre proceedings at the Potsdam Labor Court, which came to a temporary end this Tuesday afternoon. Judge Birgit Fuhrmann announced her verdict shortly after 12 noon. She rejects Ines R.’s lawsuit against her extraordinary termination without notice. This means that the claim by the 52-year-old plaintiff’s lawyer to receive a severance payment of around 44,000 euros in the event of termination is also in vain – as is a claim for damages for pain and suffering in the amount of 22,000 euros. This means that Ines R. also has to bear the costs of the procedure.
