Exceptional sold out on 21 June at the third edition of the Music Festival organized by the Quartet Society of Milan in collaboration with the Franco Parenti Theater and supported by Ied. The evening, which saw the great jazz player Paolo Fresu, the singer Petra Magoni and the Orchestra dei Virtuosi Italiani conducted by Paolo Silvestri perform, managed to involve more than a thousand fans of classical, rock and jazz music in the splendid setting en plein air of the Mysterious Baths. The two extraordinary soloists and the orchestra gave the audience an unusual musical mix: from Bach’s Aria on the fourth string to the most famous melodies of Vincenzo Bellini’s “Norma”, from the jazz pages of Galliano to Heroes by the white duke David Bowie, for a Music Festival in the name of the most lively contamination between genres.
