The tycoon ⁢ Elon ‍Musk yesterday resumed a lawsuit against OpenAI accusing its co-founders, Sam Altman and Greg Brockman, of ‍betraying the founding mission of the technology-specialized company, Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Musk, who in 2018 left OpenAI, accuses the managers of the company based in San Francisco of fraud, conspiracy, and false advertising.

The lawsuit alleged‌ that Musk⁤ originally invested in OpenAI in 2015 with the understanding that it would be a non-profit organization, but Altman “manipulated and deceived” him,⁢ and eventually joined forces⁤ with software giant Microsoft, its largest investor ⁤since 2019.
