The fault is a change decided by Elon Musk: verified accounts can only read 10,000 publications per day, unverified users only 1,000 and more than 500 for new accounts without a certification badge.
Musk, who raised these thresholds several times, from 6,000 to 10,000 and from 600 to 1,000, in just a few hours, explained on his account that the decision was made “to remedy the extreme levels of data collection. and system manipulation”, which artificial intelligence happily takes advantage of.
To address extreme levels of data scraping & system manipulation, we’ve applied the following temporary limits:
– Verified accounts are limited to reading 6000 posts/day
– Unverified accounts to 600 posts/day

This is, in fact, a real restriction in the use of Twitter. Previously, the Internet user connected to his account could use the platform “infinitely” to read as many publications as he wished. It is no longer the case.
