Kim Ye-ji (Imsil County Office), silver medalist at the 2024 Paris Olympics, won two gold medals in the air pistol event at the 54th Bonghwanggi National Shooting Competition.
Kim Ye-ji shot 242.8 points in the women’s general air pistol final held at the Jeonnam International Shooting Range in Naju, Jeollanam-do on the 22nd, beating Nam Da-jeong (Woori Bank, 238.8 points) and Kim Bo-mi (Busan City Hall, 217.7 points) to hit the golden target.
Kim Ye-ji, who belongs to Imsil County Office, recorded 1,724 points in the team event along with Yoon Seong-jeong, Lee Si-yoon, and Hwang Seong-eun, beating Michuhol-gu Office (1,713 points) and KB Kookmin Bank (1,710 points) to become the two-time champion of the competition.
