In a statement to Libya Al-Ahrar TV, Zamaki confirmed the continuation of the spraying campaigns being conducted after the floods that the region witnessed over the past period.
Zamaki explained that there are areas about 30 kilometers from the center of the municipality, whose residents suffer from a lack of transportation, and that their residents are appealing to the government to provide transportation, he said.
Zamaki pointed out that there are many difficulties in the health sector, and that there is an area 160 kilometers long extending from Al-Uwaynat to Al-Barakat in which there are no medical teams in all specialties, nor advanced medical equipment and devices, according to him.
Zamaki added that the closest hospital to the municipality of Al-Barakat is Ubari Hospital, which is about 400 kilometers away from the area, noting that the road is worn out, and that the health situation in the municipality is miserable and very difficult, according to his description.
Zamaki pointed out that many correspondences and appeals were launched about the problems of various sectors without a response, pointing out that the aid they received after the floods that the region witnessed does not provide fattening or relieve hunger, as he put it.
Zamaki called for developing radical solutions to the crises facing the municipality to confront all challenges.
