Nador-El Aroui Airport: More than 54,000 passengers at the end of February (ONDA)
Nador – Some 54,417 passengers were recorded at Nador-El Aroui airport during the first months of this year, according to data from the National Airports Office (ONDA).
This volume represents a recovery rate of almost 116% for passengers compared to the same period in 2019 (46,920 travelers), indicates the ONDA in its latest report on commercial air traffic.
As for movement traffic, this airport platform reported 369 flights against 391 movements recorded during the same period of 2019, i.e. a recovery rate of 94.37%, it was specified.
At the national level, the Kingdom’s airports welcomed a total of 1,871,095 passengers and 14,432 flights, an increase of 11% and a recovery rate of 98% of air traffic compared to the same period in 2019.
During this month of January, Nador-El Aroui airport occupied the first position in the Oriental region and the 7th place at the national level in commercial air traffic, ahead of Oujda-Angad airport ranked eighth.
