Popular Telugu actor Naga Chaitanya has been arrested by the police and fined.
Over the past few months the Supreme Court has issued a sensational ruling that black color film should not be driven on all vehicles and that crimes committed inside a car by sticking black film are not known outside.
In this case, a few actors were recently fined by the police for having black film stuck on their cars.
In this case, the Bangalore police fined actor Naga Chaitanya for having his car covered with black film. Following this, actor Nagashitanya was fined Rs.700 and the black film in his car was removed by the police.
Nagashitanya is currently being fined after a few Telugu film personalities, including Allu Arjun, Jr. NDR, had already fined the police for the same reason.
