jpnn.com – JAKARTA – The Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) is holding Naker Fest 2024 at JIExpo Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, 23-25 August 2024.
The festival is titled Accelerating Employment Transformation for Golden Indonesia 2045: Competence, Independence and Competitiveness.
Minister of Manpower (Menaker) Ida Fauziyah said that the presence of Naker Fest 2024 was a form of strategic initiative by the Ministry of Manpower in reforming the governance of the labor market.
These strategic efforts are being intensified to support Golden Indonesia 2045.
“One of the keys to Golden Indonesia 2045 is that Indonesian workers have skills and occupy middle-high level jobs to escape the middle income,” said Ida during a media briefing after inaugurating Naker Fest 2024, Friday (23/8).
Minister of Manpower Ida explained that Naker Fest is present as a large showcase to provide employment information and services, through various collaborations between the Ministry of Manpower and various stakeholders with the same goal.
“I think we continue to make all efforts to achieve the vision of Golden Indonesia 2045. The time is not long from now, in 21 years we will reach Golden Indonesia 2045,” he said.
Naker Fest 2024 is divided into 3 clusters, namely Naker Award, Vocational Festival and Public Employment Services.
Naker Fest 2024 is back, a strategic initiative to support Indonesia Emas 2045.
