Namyangju City (Mayor Joo Gwang-deok) announced comprehensive support measures to stabilize the people’s livelihood and revitalize the local economy on the 24th.
This measure aims to promote the management stability of companies and small business owners by investing a total of 116.1 billion won, and to improve the vitality of the local economy by easing the household burden of citizens and encouraging consumption.
Major support projects include △Increasing the recharge limit for Namyangju Love Gift Certificates (KRW 650 million) △Financial support for small and medium-sized businesses and small business owners (KRW 113.8 billion) △Support for revitalizing small business owners (Merchant Associations) (KRW 800 million) △Establishing a corporate management stability network (KRW 850 million) △Incentive support for young companies was included.
First, the recharge limit for the Namyangju Love Gift Certificate will be raised from January to March next year from 300,000 won to 500,000 won, and the incentive rate will be maintained at 10%, increasing the monthly maximum benefit from 30,000 won to 50,000 won.
Financial support for small and medium-sized businesses and small business owners focused on resolving financial difficulties and stabilizing management.
The city supports 80 billion won in small and medium-sized business development funds, 12.8 billion won in special guarantees for small and medium-sized enterprises, and 20 billion won in special guarantees for small business owners, and establishes 1 billion won in special guarantee funds for youth certification and start-up companies to help business expansion.
To revitalize small businesses, 100 million won will be invested in establishing a basic plan for revitalizing commercial districts, including business environment improvement projects (KRW 400 million), support for merchant associations (KRW 200 million), and joint marketing and management consulting (KRW 100 million).
In addition, KRW 540 million will be invested in a smart factory construction support project to strengthen the self-sufficiency of local small and medium-sized businesses, thereby increasing production efficiency and solving the problem of manpower supply and demand.
