The former president of the United States House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosiis located in the hospital after suffer an injury during a trip to Luxembourg, reported his spokesman Ian Krager.
“While traveling with a bipartisan congressional delegation to Luxembourg to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the Battle of the Bulge, Speaker Emeritus Nancy Pelosi suffered an injury during an official engagement and was admitted to the hospital for evaluation,” he mentioned.

In a brief statement, Krager revealed that Pelosi, 84, “is currently receiving excellent treatment from doctors and health professionals.”
Likewise, he explained that “he continues working and regrets not being able to attend the rest of CODEL’s commitments to honor the courage of our soldiers.”
The bipartisan CODEL was scheduled to run through Saturday and included 17 other House members from both parties, according to Speaker Mike Johnson’s office.
Speaker Emerita Pelosi was personally and officially honored to travel with the distinguished delegation, many of whom had family members who fought in World War II — including her uncle, Johnny.
She looks forward to returning home to the U.S. soon.

It is worth mentioning that Pelosi served as Democratic leader in the House of Representatives for 15 years and currently remains one of the most recognized figures in the Democratic Party. In November she was re-elected to another two-year term that began on January 3.
