The Portuguese Luis Carlos Almeida da Cunha, better known as Nani, He announced this Sunday, at the age of 38, the end of his football career, during which he represented teams such as Valencia and Manchester United.
In a post on his social networks, nani wrote that “the time has come to say goodbye” after “many unforgettable memories”.“It’s time to move on and focus on new goals and dreams,” writes the former Portuguese international.
Nani returned to Portugal at the start of this season to represent his hometown club Estrela da Amadora, but did not participate in the team’s final matches due to his father’s death in late November.
