Director Lijo Jose Pellissery informed that Mayakam will hit the theaters soon in the afternoon. A new poster of the film has also been released. The director himself released the new poster of the film through his official Facebook page. But the release date of the film is yet to be announced. Nankakal Neereth Mayakam is one of the most awaited films by the audience. Earlier, two teasers of the film were released. The two teasers of the film have garnered a lot of attention on social media.
Earlier, the first teaser of the film was released on the occasion of World Sleep Day. The first teaser showed some scenes where the characters of the film are all sleeping at noon. In the teaser of the second change, the crew has released a scene in which the famous dialogue from Shivaji Ganesan’s Gauravam is acted out. Barrister Rajinikanth in Gauravam is the prominent character of Shivaji Ganesan in 70 eras. Mammootty performed the dialogue scenes of that character in one take.

The movie is jointly produced by Mammootty’s film production company Mammootty Company and Lijo Jose Pellissery’s Amen Movie Monastery. LJP’s story has been penned by S Harish and screenplay and dialogues. The film, which is being prepared in a Tamil background, was completed in a single schedule at Palani Kanyakumari locations. Apart from Mammootty, the film also stars Ramya Pandian, Ashokan, Vipin Atlee and Rajesh Sharma in lead roles. Theni Ishwar, who has done the cinematography of Mammootty’s Peranp and Pushu, is handling the camera. The editor is Deepu Joseph. Sound designing is done by Ranganath Ramvi.
