The comedian acknowledged that she regretted “having lent my voice, my call and my power of communication” in Boric’s presidential campaign.

Natalia Valdebenito showed her disappointment with the Government of Gabriel Boric, within the framework of the second anniversary of his arrival at La Moneda.

In an interview with Vía X’s Everything is going to be fine, the comedian acknowledged to be sorry for “having lent my voice, my call and my power of communication” in Boric’s presidential campaign.

Valdebenito explained that “there I was in another situation and it was against fascism and I was always against fascism. I was convinced at that time, but now I declare myself disappointed and for several reasons.”

Regarding the reasons that led her to withdraw her support for Gabriel Boric, Natalia Valdebenito pointed to the approval of initiatives such as the Naín-Retamal Law.

“I think that the repression continues to bother me a lot, I find the Naín-Retamal Law to be an absolute exaggeration, to be able to save many uniformed officers who have committed human rights violations,” said the comedian.

For the actress, the defense of human rights “was one of the reasons I voted for him too and I fought for him and now he is not there. “It was to go in favor of the victims of the social outbreak, for example.”

Natalia Valdebenito extended her questions to President Boric, even doing an imitation of the head of state.

“Well, I want to apologize, sorry for the apologies, because I want to apologize, because everything I have done, sorry, sorry, Excuse the Right, please excuse me, I want to apologize in case I was perhaps a little exaggerated,” he concluded.
