National Center for Oncology: Soon the opening of the pediatric department

The National Institute for Oncology – Misrata announced the imminent opening of the children’s department building project at the institute.

The institute said on its official Facebook page that the project, which is being implemented with the support of the Misrata Free Zone and with a contribution from the Libyan Iron and Steel Company, includes a ground building and three floors with a covered area of ​​up to 2,500 square metres.

The building includes patient reception halls, 8 examination clinics, 24 accommodation rooms, an operating room, sterilization rooms, intensive care, three doctors’ restrooms, administrative offices, a meeting hall, men’s and women’s waiting rooms, a pharmacy, in addition to service annexes on each floor of the building.

The Institute expressed its thanks and appreciation to everyone who contributes and helps in developing the National Institute for Oncology, so that it is at the required level and provides all services to all patients easily and smoothly, and reduces the suffering that patients, especially children, go through.

Thanks to God first, then with the efforts and full support provided by the Misrata Free Zone, with a contribution from the Libyan Iron and Steel Company, the Libyan Iron and Steel Company continues…
