Tirupur: The country’s 75th Independence Day is being celebrated on August 15. Preparations are being made in earnest across the country to celebrate this. As it is the 75th Independence Day of the country, Prime Minister Modi has appealed to all the people of the country to hoist the national flag at their homes for three days from August 13 to 15 to strengthen their connection with it and express their patriotism. While the sale of khadi flags hoisted on flagpoles is on the one hand, the sale of small national flags that individuals wear on their cars, bikes and other vehicles and on their shirts has started. The shops in Tirupur city area are currently busy selling these. Flags, small cloth and paper flags for sale on the front bonnets of cars. National flags are available for sale as round and rectangular shirts.
