Parangipettai : Four students of Veeru Kickboxing from Cuddalore District won the National Senior and Master Kickboxing Tournament.
Indian Kickboxing and Tamil Nadu Amateur Kickboxing Association organized the National Senior and Master Kickboxing Tournament at Nehru Sports Arena, Chennai. 1,200 athletes participated from 32 states including Tamil Nadu. In this, Cuddalore Veeru kickboxing students participated on behalf of Tamil Nadu Amateur Kickboxing and Sensei Ranganathan won the first prize in the master category of over 40 years old.
In the students category, Prashanth got the first prize, Senthamil and Rajkiran got the third prize. Prithi Yuvan was selected in the judging section. Tamil Nadu Amateur Kickboxing Association President Suresh Babu, Vice Presidents Satish and Kannan praised the winners.
