jpnn.comMAKASSAR – BPJS Employment is making National Customer Day (Harpelnas) 2024 to be closer to the participants.

Carrying the theme “Sincere Service, Spread Inspiration”, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan simultaneously presents excitement in all branch offices through various activities.

Not only that, Harpelnas 2024 was also used by all levels of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board to visit and hear inspiring stories from participants who have felt the benefits of employment social security protection.

Chairman of the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Supervisory Board, Muhammad Zuhri, provided direct services to participants, one of which was by having a dialogue with Resky Lubis, a recipient of work accident insurance benefits in the form of prostheses (installation of prosthetic legs) at Siloam Hospital.

“It is an honor for us to have been entrusted to protect workers throughout Indonesia. We are committed to continuing to innovate to provide the best service so that workers and their families can truly feel the benefits of this government program,” said Zuhri.

He explained that his party was providing assistance from one of the benefits of BPJS Employment, work accident insurance, the Return to Work (RTW) program to participants who had accidents and were expected to be able to return to work later.

Responding to this, Risky was grateful that he could get the benefits of treatment until he recovered without having to spend any money.

“Thank you to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan because everything from accidents to medical treatment has been covered by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan,” said Risky.
