NATO chief propagates rapid accession of Finland and Ukraine

As the first anniversary of Russia’s attack on Ukraine approaches, there is nothing to suggest that Kremlin chief Vladimir Putin could be willing to negotiate – and, avowedly, neither is Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, who has long since issued the slogan that the end of this war only a victory of the defenders should stand.
