He NATO Secretary General, Jens Stoltenberghas traveled to Kiev without prior announcement, as reported by the Ukrainian media on Thursday. It is the first Stoltenberg visit from the start of the invasion by russiain a sample of support for Ukraine while it prepares to launch a counteroffensive.
