“I am confident that after the war, Ukraine will be in NATO,” President Volodimir Zelensky said Wednesday on the second and final day of the military alliance summit held in Vilnius, Lithuania. Their transatlantic partners said they were ready to admit Ukraine “as soon as the right conditions are met” and avoided proposing a precise timetable, G7 members instead agreed to new commitments.
