Naucalpan will carry out a regularization campaign in the payment of the property taxwhich contemplates waiving fines and surcharges for non-compliance with this obligation in 2023 and previous years, in addition to the bonus on accessories in the tax on the acquisition of real estate and other transfer operations of ownership not carried out in a timely manner.
During the One Hundred and Fourteenth Ordinary Session of the Councilthe members of the City Council unanimously approved the Municipal Treasury to carry out said campaign, which also includes the forgiveness of accessories in the payment of property tax caused by construction differences.
The point of agreement was proposed by the mayor Angelica Moya Marin and the pardons will be 100 percent during next August, 70 percent in September and 50 percent in October, as long as the payment of the omitted contributions is made in a single installment in the collection boxes of the Municipal Treasury.
Silvia Rojas Jimenezfifth councilor, stated that “the municipal government headed by the president Angelica Moya, continues working and carrying out these actions with the purpose of helping Naucalpan families regularize their tax situation, granting forgiveness in the payment of their contributions that support their economy and thus have the security and legal certainty of their assets,” he said.
The regularization campaign includes “forgiving the accessories of differences in the payment of property tax that have been determined by some tax authority due to discrepancies in the construction meters and/or typologies with what was stated by the taxpayers.”
The corresponding payment can be made in the months mentioned in the Municipal Treasury, of Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.with the exception of non-working days.
The Naucalpan City Council also approved the license requested by Raymundo Garza Vilchissixth councilor, to permanently separate from his duties as of next July 29ththe position will be assumed by the substitute councilor Jesús López Cuate.
