Colonel Pham Bu Hiep, deputy commander and youth federation secretary of the 112th Naval Squadron, emphasized the meaning of the ‘Youth Action Day’ event. He further stressed the importance of officers and youth league members continuing to demonstrate pioneering and creative roles, preparing them to successfully complete all assigned tasks, especially those related to managing and protecting national sovereignty, security, and order.
