Brazil, second most populous country in the world in terms of population – black – after Nigeriarepresents a nation of the black diaspora that fully deserves its place within the institutions of the African Union (AU).

President Lula is one of the historical leaders of the “post-neoliberal” current in Central and South Americaparticularly at the time of Blessed Ancestor Chavez (Venezuela) in the 2000s. Today, under the leadership of leader Lula, Brazil is a member of the BRICSan emerging countries platform that has contributed to shift towards a multipolar world in 2022, in response to political institutions (G7, UN) et economic (WTO, World Bank, IMF, OECD, etc.) global companies managed in a dictatorial and unjust manner by the GUAN (Unipolar American Neoliberal Globalization) [1].
