The titanic project of the future Ndolle City was at the heart of a meeting yesterday in the Littoral region. Objective: prepare for the governor’s visit to the SIKOUM Dibamba site, planned to host the 1st phase of the gigantic complex made in Cameroon.
A pharaonic project supported at the highest level
Led by developer Jean-Philippe NGOSSO, Ndolle City plans to ultimately build an ultra-modern metropolis of 2 million inhabitants. Enough to impress and attract the attention of the highest authorities, starting with the Head of State himself, sponsor of the program.
In addition to the governor’s agreement in principle for a visit to the SIKOUM Dibamba site, two business evenings are also planned in Douala and Yaoundé. Proof that this 100% Cameroonian project is starting to inspire dreams well beyond regional borders.
International financial partners already on board
And to transform this excessive ambition into reality, Ndolle City can already count on the support of renowned financial partners. Notably the RD Congo Investment Fund, endorsed by the Access Bank banking group.
A consortium led by Git Ltd, with several financial advisors, is also among the key supporters of this made in Cameroon project. Enough to attract the attention of the stock markets and future investors in what promises to be a future pan-African mega-IPO.
