A resident of the Saratov region raped a one and a half year old girl in the apartment of his acquaintances while they were going to the store, the press service of the Investigative Committee for the region reports on the website.
According to the investigators, everything happened in the apartment of a married couple, who allowed their 36-year-old friend to stay with them. Their young children lived with them – a girl at the age of 1 year and 7 months and a 5-year-old boy, previously specified by the SK.
On the night of December 10-11, when the couple went to the store, the man raped the girl. Later, the child’s mother saw bruises and injuries on her daughter’s face. After that, the parents called the police, and the girl was admitted to the hospital.
The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case on sexual acts with the use of violence against a person under the age of 14 with the use of a helpless state (paragraph “b”, part 4 of article 132 of the Criminal Code).
The man pleaded guilty. Investigators will send a motion to the court to detain the suspect.
