Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the UN Vasily Nebenzya said that a step towards the completion of Russia’s military operation in Ukraine would be Kyiv’s readiness for demilitarization and denazification.
“How do we end the operation? I said what President Putin said earlier. As soon as we have an understanding from the Ukrainian authorities that they are ready to carry out demilitarization and denazification, this will be a step towards its end,” Mr. Nebenzya said at a press conference (quoted by RIA Novosti).
Since February 24, Russia has been conducting a military operation in Ukraine on the orders of President Vladimir Putin. He called the goal of the operation “denazification and demilitarization” of Ukraine.
