Nedumudi Venu was one of the major losers of Malayalam cinema this year. He was active in films despite his physical disabilities. One of his last films was ‘Bheeshma Parvam’ starring Mammootty. Mammootty later said that they had acted together in the film two weeks before his death. Now the cast has released the character poster of Nedumudi Venu in the movie. The name of the character he plays is ‘Iravippilla’.
Nedumudi also played a major role in Mohanlal’s Marakkar, the Lion of the Arabian Sea, which was recently released. He appeared in the film directed by Priyadarshan as Kozhikode Zamorin. Meanwhile, Nedumudi is the sixth character poster to come out of Bhishma Parvat. The film stars Saubin Shahir, Shine Tom Chacko, Srinath Bhasi, Farhan Fazil and Dileesh Pothen in the lead roles.
Amal Neerad and Mammootty team up 14 years after the release of Big B. Mammootty’s hero in the gangster drama is called Bhishma Vardhan. Amal Neerad was originally planned to play Amal Neerad in the sequel to Big B, but Kovid moved on to another film as a more important one for the outdoor scenes was not possible in the situation.
