Say congratulations: Nasrin Bracha Kadri is engaged. Kadri, the winner of the second season of the music reality show “Eyal Golan Calls You”, got engaged to Rom Shamir, a 24-year-old who specializes in luxury vehicles and trucks, after several months of dating. The couple has an age gap of 11 years since Nasrin is 35. The proposal took place at their home in Herzliya.
Nasreen talks about the conversion process
In an interview with Efrat Wechtel in Mako magazine, Nasreen Bracha Kadri recently told about the conversion process, and explains the reason why she converted to Judaism, after allegations arose against her that she converted to Judaism in order to please the public in Israel. In an interview, Kadri says that this is a story that people built for themselves, and that she did not convert for a partner or for any other reason, but converted from a very strong faith and also testified that she is very close to the Holy One.
Later in the interview, Kadri tells how her conversion process began, and says that first of all she started praying in Hebrew, opened holy books and discovered a powerful world, and felt the need to put together the puzzle she was missing, “I did it in full faith. “Every morning I get up and thank the Holy One who opened my eyes.”
I chose the name Bracha so that a blessing would come upon us and all the people of Israel
Kadri, who comes from an Arab-Muslim family from Haifa, was also asked about the treatment she receives from her biological father after converting, the singer replied that she is treated well, and the conversion does not hurt her father or family, and they do support, love and strengthen her in her new way. Kadri later explained why she chose the name ‘Bracha’ and replied that she chose that name because it is a blessing – “a blessing that will come upon us, on all of us, on the people of Israel, that we will have only health and abundance, that I will have a blessing in the great step I made.”
